The Phidan Approach
Preparatory study
When appropriate, we will conduct a preliminary case study at no extra charge, to determine the anticipated results of an intervention. We will only submit a proposal if we are convinced of the effectiveness of the intervention. Preliminary case studies include cost analysis, interviews and on-site audits.
Proposal
As soon as we are convinced of the economical benefits and/or working capital improvements, we will elaborate a detailed proposal with a time schedule, a specific strategy and a forecast of the obtainable results. This proposal contains an explicit fee calculation, a billing schedule and a warranty clause.
Assignment
Once the proposal has been accepted, the assignment takes a start, with analysis, study, project management, coaching and execution. Our approach is based on continuous interaction with management and staff. The aim is to progressively reduce our clients’ dependency on external support.
Report/Presentation
Our conclusions and recommendations are listed in a practical report or presentation. All objective elements that allow for a correct, fast and full implementation are included.
Implementation and follow-up
The recommendations are implemented, following a clearly defined implementation plan.
