Based on years of Supply Chain experience, Phidan developed PHI-profiler as
a user friendly, easy to understand tool and process to make a fast but comprehensive profile of your Supply Chain department (as-is and to-be) followed by action schemes and implementation plans.
The tool is developed to profile a supply chain department on its development path.
It differentiates between the department as a whole and its individual members.
Very innovative is the ability to differentiate between job-related competences and soft inter-relational skills.
PHI-Profiler is well structured, easy to use, unbiased and fast to implement :
- The job content section is based on 150 topics around strategy, systems en processes within the entire Supply Chain department.
- The assessment itself is done by senior Supply Chain consultants (a number of check and balance scenario’s).
- These consultants give scores to the topics which leads to scores for the team, scores for the individual members and scores for the individual sub-departments within the organization.
- In tailored implementation these assessments can be completed with assessments on individual soft skills.
