Too often, ERP-systems fail to translate rough data into process optimising and steering information.
With our extensive experience in all levels of supply chain management, we bridge the gap between the ERP system and the end-user.

This excel-based tool combines sophisticated ABC costing models on the customer as well as the product level, offering one single proposal for the best product price.
Purchasing quick scan
With just minimal information from the ERP-system, this tool delivers important insights in the purchasing behaviour of each company, from SME to multinational. Within a few weeks, purchasing managers gain an insight in who purchases which products, at what price and from which supplier. This vital information is the first step in professionalizing the procurement department.

Some of the modules are:
RCM (Rate Calculation Module)
After entering the destination, the weight and the measurements of a shipment, the system will calculate the transport rates of the suppliers you have selected. With this tool, you can easily select the best-priced supplier for a particular destination or shipment. RCM is also the perfect tool for checking transport invoices.
ACCRUALS
This module is linked to the RCM module. It automatically calculates the transport costs, shipment per shipment, based on the shipments list downloaded from your global IT-system or ERP-system.
EBC (Electronic Bill Control)
This tool automatically compares a transport invoice with the ACCRUALS list described above. This comparison allows your staff to concentrate exclusively on the invoice lines that need to be corrected.
EOB (Electronic Overseas Booking)
This program reduces the amount of paperwork in the follow-up of a sea-freight-shipping file. The tool is developed as an Excel workbook that can be e-mailed back and forth between a shipper and his forwarder(s).
Linked to an automatically updated database, EOB allows for a perfect follow-up of the different shipping instructions’ status (rate requested, rate offered, shipment confirmed, shipment loaded,... ).
MCM (Maut Calculation Module)
This software helps shippers to precisely calculate the (future) German road tax for each particular shipment. MCM gives you a correct value and/or a percentage on top of a transport rate for all loads (FTL and LTL) to and from Germany, or for loads in transit through Germany.
MIM (Maut Impact Module)
This module is based on the same data as MCM. It automatically calculates the impact of the (future) German road tax for a list of shipments (maximum 1000 per session).
