Phidan continues to grow
To enforce our team we are looking for:
Supply Chain consultants with focus on purchasing and internal logistical projects
A number of our customers are developing a more professional purchasing organization or face specific challenges in optimizing their warehouse structure. It’s Phidans consultant role to assist these customers in successfully going through this change management process.
This requires:
- Knowledge of contemporary purchasing or warehousing techniques. This can be through formal education and/or relevant work experience;
- Sufficient background to assist the customer in an independent way;
- Analytic mindset but above all a great deal of creativity in approaching solutions to complex problems;
- A non-disputed high level of integrity. In the end, in many of our dossiers you will be representing our customers in its relations with subcontractors and/or suppliers;
- Persistence in striving for results;
- Willingness to accept responsibility over the results;
- Proven operational management skills since a number of our projects are longer term and end up in senior interim assignments;
- Open mind set and eager to learn;
- Sufficiënt knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
- Willingness to travel and work within the whole of Belgium
