We also emphasize that a strategic vision is only one side of the solution. Implementation and acceptance of the new strategy are just as important. It is well-established that many intended savings are lost due to poor implementation.
Therefore, we consider training people in their new roles, helping them apply new procedures and showing them how specific dossiers should be handled as an integral part of our "purchasing mission".
