We are a team of independent, practical, case-oriented experts.
Before joining Phidan, all our team members built up extensive experience, running large-scale operations in their own field of expertise. We keep our knowledge up to date through constant training and by participating in education programmes at major supply chain management schools and institutions.
Our projects take us to many different working environments. Our deliverables range from overall operations surveys, identifying key areas for improvement, to detailed studies and the implementation of completely new operating methods.
Whatever the brief, our pragmatic approach results in programmes that are thorough, easy to implement and cost-effective. Our understanding of corporate structures allows us to effectively educate your teams and assist them in implementing immediate solutions. Each team will be guided and followed up by one of Phidan’s managing partners.

Pierre Hazard
Pierre Hazard founded Phidan in 1990. He specializes in optimising inbound and outbound freight for all types of products, covering all transport modes and physical distribution channels. He has more than 20 years of experience in organisations with major logistical flows.
Patrick Colpaert
Patrick Colpaert specializes in optimising, automating and rationalizing the flows of goods, people and information, for in-sourced as well as out-sourced logistic activities and total supply chain projects. With a 3PL background, he knows exactly how to translate customer requirements into pragmatic and viable solutions.
Philip Van den bosch
Philip Van den bosch held senior management positions in various multinationals in the food and pharmaceutical industries. He combines a thorough theoretical background in econometrics, industrial economics, ADIPS and contemporary supply chain and purchasing techniques with a long experience in project management and project coordination.
Hugo Weidema - Managing Partner The Netherlands
Hugo Weidema gained his experience at both sides of the logistics perspectives through management positions in a multinational as well as in a 3PL environment. He has a deep knowledge of all Supply Chain aspects and drivers within an international business environment, including how they can affect other parts of a company or impact business-results in market.
